Services Provided

RedRox Quarry Products supplies and delivers a full range of: 

Aggregates – quarried and recycled, available loose or bagged.

Muck Away – inert, non-hazardous, and hazardous waste removal via tippers and grab wagons

Concrete – volumetric ready mix, and mini mix options available. 

These services are available 24/7 and cover England, Scotland, and Wales.

Orders & Deliveries 

Valid Purchase Order (PO) number at the time of booking. 

Delivery times provided are estimates only and may be subject to change due to external factors 

If site access is restricted or unsuitable for delivery, the customer must notify us in advance when placing the order. 

Wasted journey charges may apply if delivery cannot be completed due to access issues or incorrect site details. 

Cancellations & Waiting Time

Orders cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation charge. 

Part-load charges apply to deliveries under 20 tonnes. Please speak with our Sales Team for details. 

Waste & Site Conditions

All waste collections are subject to waste classification and a full soils report and confirmation of acceptance at the disposal site. 

If the material collected differs from the description provided at the time of booking, additional charges may apply. 

Site photos may be required prior to collection to support waste classification. 

Materials

All materials supplied are either natural or recycled. Due to the nature of the products, we cannot guarantee colour or consistency between loads. 

Pricing & Payment

Prices quoted are based on full loads unless otherwise agreed.

Payment terms are strictly 30 days end-of-month, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Late payments may be subject to additional charges.

Any invoice queries must be raised within 7 days by contacting admin@redroxqp.com. 

Requests for Proof of Delivery (POD) must also be made within 7 days of receiving the invoice. 

Complaints

Any concerns or complaints about a delivery or collection must be raised within 48 hours by emailing jordan@redroxqp.com. 

We aim to investigate and resolve all matters promptly and fairly. 

Limitation of Liability

RedRox Quarry Products and its suppliers will not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by factors outside our control.
